Service Description
Deep Cleansing Bath: Double shampoo with premium products and a hydrating conditioner. Blow-dry & Fluff: Professional drying and thorough brushing to remove loose hair. The "Teddy" Touch: Focused trimming of the face (eyes & beard), legs, paws for a clean, rounded look and sanitary areas. Essential Care: Full nail clipping and gentle ear cleaning included. Price: 1350 kr Duration: 90 minutes To ensure a safe and stress-free environment, dogs requiring extra care or assistance due to stress or reactivity may incur a handling fee. Cancellation Policy
De-matting (Tovor): Severe knots require extra care. A fee of 150 kr per 15 mins applies. If the coat is too matted to brush safely, a Full Haircut (shave-down) will be performed for the dog's comfort. Behavior & Handling: Dogs requiring extra time or an additional staff member due to stress, anxiety, or aggression will incur a 200 kr – 400 kr fee. Late Pick-Up: To ensure a calm and spacious environment for all our guests, please pick up your dog within 30 minutes of being notified that the service is complete. Following this 30-minute grace period, a Late Pick-Up Fee of 100 kr per 30 minutes will apply to cover the costs of supervised care and the continued use of salon space. Flea/Tick Protocol: If fleas are detected, a 300 kr charge applies for immediate deep cleaning and salon disinfection to protect other clients. Cancellations & Late Arrivals: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or "No-Shows" may be charged 50% of the service fee. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling fee. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure a safe grooming experience, Pethico AB is not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions, skin irritations caused by severe matting, or injuries resulting from a dog's unpredictable behavior. Owners are responsible for disclosing any health or behavioral issues prior to the appointment.
